Alan Franck was born in South Africa and began his career in the meat industry at the age of 16. At 18, he relocated to Portugal, where he purchased and successfully ran his own butchery for 18 years. Following this, Alan moved to the United Kingdom, gaining further experience by working with two established butchers. He is now the proud owner of Alan Franck Meats, based at Holwood Farm Shop in Keston, Kent.
