Nokx Majozi is the current Chef in Residence at Fallow and Roe Restaurant and formerly served as Head Pie Maker at Rosewood London. Renowned for her bold, flavour-driven cooking, Nokx draws inspiration from her South African upbringing, which has helped shape her distinctive and exciting voice in the culinary world.
Having built her career across kitchens in South Africa, the USA and the UK, she brings a wealth of experience and perspective to her work, blending heritage, storytelling and modern culinary techniques. Nokx is also the author of The South African Cookbook, a celebration of the country's rich and diverse culinary traditions.
