She has judged at food festivals and events including World Steak Challenge, the British Pie Awards (where she is a class leader, having judged for 10 years), Smithfield Awards (Q Guild of Butchers), Grillstock, the Kansas City Barbeque Society, the Manchester Food & Drink Festival Awards, and Wing Fest.
