Richard is a trained chef and BBQ expert and has been he has been inspiring the UK to BBQ with masterclasses and cooking demonstrations up and down the country for over 10 years. He judged at the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue 2015 and 2016 and first judged at the World Steak Challenge since 2018.
