I am currently the Managing Director of TheTaste.ie which is under new ownership, having worked as a food/cookery writer and Deputy Editor with the company since 2016. I am a seasoned TV cook, having appeared on Virgin Media's Six O'Clock Show, including representing Bord Bia as a lamb ambassador, as well as RTE Today, the Great Irish Bake Off and Masterchef Ireland over the years. I have written hundreds of articles celebrating the Irish food, drink and hospitality scene and worked as a freelance restaurant consultant, food writer and recipe editor before rejoining TheTaste full time in 2022.
