After working in the beef industry in Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands Laura became Bord Bia's manager for the Dutch market in 2016 - one of Ireland's top three export markets for beef, as well as an array of sustainably produced food and drink products.

Laura works closely with the members of the prestigious Chefs' Irish Beef Club to inspire chefs and home cooks alike, and spread understanding and appreciation for Ireland's suckler beef system among both consumers and the trade. Laura also heads up extensive digital and print campaigns in the local market, as well as overseeing consumer research and taste testing.
