Denise has worked as Food Communications Manager for Agriculture, Horticulture Development Board, AHDB (during this time AHDB was part of the Meat and Livestock Commission and English Beef and Lamb Executive) for 19 years and her expertise lies in recipe development, testing and food styling for beef , lamb and pork recipes for the Consumer marketing, Export and Education teams. Denise has worked in the food and drink industry for over 30 years (Sea Fish Industry Authority, Nestle, Le Cordon Bleu, British Food TV programmes). Denise is also a member of the Guild of Food Writers and has a Masters in Culinary Arts.
