Rebecca, who grew up in Kent, made the decision to forgo university after completing college and instead embarked on a journey of travelling. Her passion for food had always run deep, but it was during her travels that this love was truly heightened. Subsequently, she pursued a degree in nutrition at university.
During her time there, Rebecca found herself working at Waitrose Cookery School in Kings Cross, primarily in a front of house capacity, although she would occasionally assist with or lead classes.
Over the past 5 years, she has been employed at Bab Haus in South Wales. Festival season holds a special place in Rebecca's heart, as it allows her to step away from the routine and immerse herself in creating and cooking exceptional food over an open flame, while also having the opportunity to feed a delightful crowd of people.
