Micheal is currently working at Bishop Burton College as a Coach and Assessor in Butchery. This position gives him a chance to mentor the future of the industry and develop strong links within the industry as a whole.
Previous to this he was the manager of a brand new butchers store. During his time as manager, the store grew from strength to strength showing strong sales in the business' first three years. He continues to dedicate his Saturdays to the butchers due to his love for the job, the company and the team he works with. He believes his role at the butchers is the key to him being relatable and current with his students and in his teaching.
