After working in the beef industry in Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands, Laura became Bord Bia's manager of the Dutch market in 2016. She also oversees and works closely with the prestigious Chefs' Irish Beef Club across its eight chapters in France, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the UAE.
These experts inspire fellow chefs and home cooks alike, spreading their understanding and appreciation of grass-fed Irish beef among both consumers and the trade. Laura's team also delivers extensive B2C and B2B campaigns, as well as taste testing and consumer research. She really enjoyed judging at the last two WSC events and is looking forward to the 2023 edition!
