With Bord Bia for 25 years, Mark joined Bord Bia in the UK before returning to Ireland to take on the role of Beef Sector Manager. The role involves all aspects of Irish Beef promotion, interacting with beef farmers, processors and customers together with Bord Bia's network of international offices. Also running a beef herd on the home farm, Mark has a keen interest in developing Ireland’s strength in traditional grass based beef farming, to meet the market demand for high quality naturally produced, sustainable protein.
