Mark has over 23 years of experience as a meat and beef sector manager with Bord Bia, first in the London office and thereafter in the head office in Dublin. Working right through the sector with farmers processors, customers and consumers to bring Irish beef to export markets. He spends his spare time raising Irish grass-fed suckler-bred beef from birth to finish.
