Gui was born into a family deeply rooted in the hospitality industry, and was exposed to the world of hotels and restaurants from a young age, as both his parents pursued careers in this field. Following in their footsteps, Gui pursued a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and further honed his skills by completing a gastronomy course at Le Cordon Bleu Peru. Throughout his career, Gui has had the opportunity to work alongside renowned figures in various countries, gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way. Currently, Gui is successfully managing his second business in Amsterdam, showcasing his expertise and passion for the hospitality industry.
