For 40 years Kevin has cooked for royalty, movie stars and VIPs around the world in hotels, restaurants, and event catering. Kevin has written recipes and food-based articles on both sides of the Atlantic for both newspapers and magazines. Kevin also pens a popular food blog which gets 600,000 visitors a year and has had 12,458,048 hits since its launch in April 2015.

Kevin has judged for many culinary competitions including the World Steak Challenge since it began in in 2015. He also has been a judge for the Guild of Food Writers 2009 and in 2012 was invited to be a chef judge at the 4th Annual International Tapas Competition in Valladolid, Spain and the Academy of Chocolate in London, UK.

These days Kevin splits his time between teaching cookery, consulting, writing, and developing his YouTube cooking channel, sharing his passion for cooking and food issues.
