Chris is a professional chef for over 40 years, founder & CEO of the Culinary Ability Awards CIC founded 2005 dedicated to supporting talented individuals with disabilities in the hospitality industry.
Chris is also Chef Patron at ‚al Castelluccio’ (Sicily), international Gold Medalist, with a number of accolades to his name including Olympic Team Manager and World Chefs Judge, recipient of the World Chefs Humanitarian Award, also a regular on television, stage & radio, as well as known for his plancha barbecue uniqueness in Germany and beyond.
