Eoin was raised on a Beef Farm in Co. Tipperary, Ireland. Following that, he spent nearly 38 years working in European Sales and Marketing for an Irish Beef processor, where he promoted Irish Beef of exceptional quality that has garnered numerous prestigious International Awards.

Having participated in the inaugural World Steak Challenge event in London, Eoin is delighted to witness the competition's evolution and it's growing worldwide reputation and recognition. It is indeed a great honour and privilege for him to be invited to join the judging panel alongside other highly respected professionals in the food industry.
