Gráinne O Keefe is an Irish chef and restauranteur who has worked in restaurants for 16 years. Gráinne opened her first restaurant, ‘Mae’ in 2021 in Dublin, naming the restaurant after her late Grandmother. Gráinne’s cooking style is produce- led and flavour focused, with her unique style leading to critical acclaim of her restaurant, most notably from the Michelin guide, amongst others. Gráinne is also the culinary director for BuJo burger joint, a multi award winning burger restaurant in Ireland, and is also a food writer, most recently having been a food writer for The Irish Times.
