Eugen's deep passion for meat has been instrumental in his success within the meat industry. He has spearheaded various projects, including the Romanian national meat magazine, INDUSTRIA CARNII, the international online meat magazine EuroMeatNews.com, the national Top Chef Butcher competition in Romania, the largest meat exhibition in South Eastern Europe, CARNEXPO, and most recently, the largest BBQ festival in Europe, GRILLFEST.
