Lean is a renowned meat sommelier and Wagyu beef expert. He is originally from Argentina and currently resides in Japan. Lean graduated from the Buenos Aires University / ICOCA with a degree in Meat Sommelier in 2019. He became a member of the Argentine Meat Sommelier Association in 2020.
In 2022, he was appointed as “Steak Ambassador” for Japan by the globally recognized 101 best steakhouses organization. In this role, he is responsible for enhancing Japan's ranking of steakhouses.
