Lean is a renowned meat sommelier and Wagyu beef expert. He is originally from Argentina and currently resides in Japan. Lean graduated from the Buenos Aires University / ICOCA with a degree in Meat Sommelier in 2019. He became a member of the Argentine Meat Sommelier Association in 2020.

In 2022, he was appointed as “Steak Ambassador” for Japan by the globally recognized 101 best steakhouses organization. In this role, he is responsible for enhancing Japan's ranking of steakhouses. Lean is also a social media influencer with thousands of followers on Instagram and other social media platforms. 

He chronicles his encounters with renowned Wagyu chefs, delivers comprehensive beef-tasting reviews and comparisons, and imparts valuable insights about beef. Lean is a strong advocate for high-quality beef standards and frequently receives invitations to participate in TV interviews, food shows, and prestigious events such as the 12th edition of the Wagyu Olympics in Kagoshima, Japan.
