Dr Phil Hadley has over 30 years experience in the meat sector. Holding a PhD in Animal Production and a MSc in Meat Science, he was involved in establishing the test parameters for the first WSC in 2015 and has judged at two previous Challenges. In his role at the International Meat Secretariat with a global membership base, Phil is looking forward to sampling the very best that the worlds beef sector can offer.
