Alan began his career in the meat industry in 1996 and has since gained extensive experience across various areas of the sector. Over the years, he has worked in production and management roles, and for the past few years, he has transitioned into sales.

Alan joined Larousse Foods in 2007 as Butchery Manager, where he played a key role in developing and expanding the butchery department into what it is today. Two years ago, he embraced a new challenge by moving into a sales position within the company, a role he finds both rewarding and stimulating.
