Abdulrahman started his journey as a meat lover in 2014 when he was in the United States studying aviation. Whilst training to become a pilot he started to explore his passion for cooking on an open flame with only charcoal and wood whilst further developing his knowledge of meat. In 2018, he started Marble and firmly believes that a good dish comes from using good ingredients.
