Specialising in bridging regulatory frameworks with commercial and operational realities, Alex has extensive experience evaluating meat quality, supply chain integrity and compliance with stringent international specifications. He’s hands-on background enables him to assess steaks not only on sensory attributes but also on the technical and systemic excellence required to succeed in demanding global markets. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, he offers a broad international perspective to the judging panel. He is passionate about recognising and promoting outstanding steak quality, breed excellence, and processing standards on the global stage.
