Joan was born in Uruguay and raised in Palmar, a town in Soriano with no more than 700 people, and at a very early age obtained a close connection with the countryside. With part of his family dedicated to livestock, he has always been closely related to the meat sector. Currently based in Spain, he has been a consultant in the meat sector since 2014. He is focused every day advising clients to achieve their goals, giving value to quality and always transmitting all the effort that a Premium product requires.
