Elsie Lucille Yardley is the Vice Captain of Team GB Butchery and currently works at Millins of Tiptree in Essex. She has been part of the meat industry for 16 years, managing a number of high street butchers and farm shops. Elsie has a passion for cooking and a particular love for all things beef.
