Bill is an International Beer & Food Judge, Consultant and Writer. For 37 years he worked in the brewing industry mainly within the commercial area. For the last ten years, Bill has been very active within the judging area. Some of his judging highlights include China, Brazil and Sweeden, he has also written for a Chinese Craft Beer Magazine. He has also judged throughout America including at the World Beer Cup and GABF. Over the past nine years, he has also judged meat at the Quality Food Awards and the World Steak Challenge in 2021.
