Brian is a father of three beautiful children and has been married for 12 years. With over 25 years of experience in cooking, it has always been his passion. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working alongside some of the best chefs in the world. For the past 10 years, he has been employed at Smith & Wollensky, where he has had the opportunity to work with the finest beef that the US has to offer.
