Jim Fitzsimons has been reviewing restaurants, and hotels in addition to judging for many years at the Irish Quality Food Awards for many years. In the day job he works with food companies all over Ireland getting funding for new product development. He is also a beekeeper and lives on a Dairy, Beef and Sheep farm near Blessington, Co Wicklow. In addition to all this he is a hiker and sings in a few choirs.
