Paul is the chef and owner of Michelin star Salt in Stratford-upon-Avon. He is also the owner of GrassFed in London, aswell as the author of two cookbooks ‘Salt’ and ‘How to cook meat properly’.
Paul is also the co-host of one of the UK’s biggest food podcasts ‘The Nightcap’. His cookery career has taken him around the world, where he has worked in one, two and three Michelin-star restaurants.
