Graeme has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, working as a chef. He taught in further education before undertaking his current job developing qualifications with the Scottish Qualifications Authority.
His work involves creating food-related courses delivered in schools and industry. In doing so, he works closely with the Scottish Craft Butchers, and judges in their national competitions, which includes the World Haggis Championships and Smithfield Awards.
He is also a Trustee of the British Nutrition Foundation, a public-facing charity which exists to give people, educators and organisations access to reliable information on nutrition.
