Richard has been working in the restaurant industry for three decades, starting as a comis chef and working through the ranks up to 2 Michelin star level. He then took the plunge and opened his own restaurant, running it successfully for 16 years as Chef proprietor.
Whilst running the restaurant he became the first ever owner of a Synergy grill and worked closely with the company throughout my journey. In November 2021 he sold the business to spend more time with my wife and family and took the opportunity to work with Synergy Grill Technology further as a business development manager, bringing a wealth of end user experience to the team.
