Richard is the chef proprietor of a dining pub in Cambridgeshire, known for its focus on live fire cooking and commitment to high-quality, local, and sustainable ingredients. With over 30 years of experience in the industry—including time spent in restaurants with up to two Michelin stars—he brings a deep passion and expertise to his craft. Richard also works as a brand ambassador and development chef in close collaboration with the team at Synergy Grill. 2025 marks his third year serving as a judge for the World Steak Challenge.
