Richard is a Meat Specialist and Quality Controller at Zandbergen World's Finest Meat. He started his career as an Artisan Butcher in 1992 and has continued to work in the meat industry ever since.
After 14 years as a butcher, he started his work in Quality Control for a prominent meat importer. Richard believes there is nothing better than a tasteful piece of meat.
