Leyli Homayoonfar is the chef-owner of award-winning Bab Haus; an exciting modern BBQ centred street food company based in South Wales. Bab Haus has gained nationwide notoriety for creatively blending Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Texan cuisines, blurring the lines between restaurant dining and street food.

Leyli is recognised as one of CODE's '100 Most Influential Women in Hospitality' 2021 & 2022, she's making waves in the South Wales food scene.

Homayoonfar’s cooking has made a big impact on the food scene in South Wales since she returned from London, where she trained in Michelin starred kitchens before becoming Head Chef for Jamie Oliver, overseeing the running of Jamies Oliver Cookery Schools. She currently operates the three widely popular Bab Haus and Bab Haus Mex street-food outlets in Cardiff, Newport and Caerphilly.
