His journey then took him to the Netherlands, where he entered the meat industry — a move that deepened his appreciation for quality produce and craftsmanship.
Over the years, Giovanni has had the privilege of working alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, gaining access to exceptional meats from around the world, both in terms of origin and cut. For him, weekends are incomplete without firing up the barbecue.
