Catherine has spent her entire career in the meat industry, up until last year when she and her family made the difficult decision to close their business due to circumstances beyond their control.
A fully qualified butcher and slaughterwoman, Catherine was involved in every stage of the process, from selecting livestock on the farm, to processing and finally selling the finished product through both a traditional butcher’s shop and an online store. Her hands-on experience and deep understanding of the industry reflect a lifelong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
