Karl began his career at the age of 14 working in a local butcher’s shop, where he first discovered his passion for food. Now with 17 years of experience as a chef, he has worked across a range of establishments, including hotels, restaurants and, more recently, pubs.

For the past decade, Karl has been part of the kitchen team at The Unruly Pig. He takes great pride in creating dishes that showcase the outstanding produce found locally in Suffolk, making the most of the region’s rich and diverse ingredients.
