Richie Brady

As part of an extended family with a long tradition of beef farming, Richie is interested in the difference between the eating quality of beef breeds and the influence of grazing patterns and feeding systems upon that quality.

With a Masters in Gastronomy and Food Studies, as well as the WSET Diploma in wine and spirits, he is skilled and experienced in systematic approaches to tasting a broad range of foods and drinks and the application of those methods to tasting and judging. His thesis focused on applying a systematic approach to tasting cider and he is now focusing on the appropriate pairing of foods, such as beef and steak, with various ciders and wines.

He also works as a programme manager with nearly 25 years of experience.
